Request for Student Records

We understand the importance of obtaining student records, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

To ensure the accuracy and security of the information:

We can only process those made in writing.
For students under 18, if you're a family member who isn't the parent or guardian, you'll need to provide both ID and a signed consent form from the parent or guardian allowing the release of records to you.
If the student is over 18, we'll need a consent form signed by them.
Sometimes, you might need to provide proof of your relationship with the student, especially if we can't determine the relationship from the student's records.

Kindly allow us up to ten (10) business days to process your request. Once your records are ready, we will email them digitally.
